Take time to take care of yourself with Self Care

What are your priorities today, this week, or this year?  Patrick Lencioni had it right with “if everything is important, then nothing is.”

When we become distracted or too busy, we often neglect to take care of ourselves and take the time to replenish and nourish our spirit through self care.  Failing to take care of yourself can lead to becoming less effective at accomplishing goals and less engaged with the people we care about.

Make your Self Care practices a habit by making it an important part of your routine.  Make time in your day and week for the Self Care you need, read a book, take a bath or go for a walk. Make time in your schedule to do the things that gives you a sense of well-being.

Hope this inspires you to make Self Care a priority and health habit that will benefit you in so many ways.
