Love Yourself Like You Love Others

It is valentine’s month.  The month of love; to show your expressions of love through gestures, gifts cards,  special words etc…. 

While it is the month of love, please check in with yourself.  Are you giving yourself love? Are you speaking kind to yourself? 

Be mindful of any negative self-talk and learn how to challenge it or dismiss it and follow up with a positive thought about yourself.  Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself, “I love you.” Write yourself a love letter and tell yourself that you are good, worthy and deserving of love and good things.
